My name is Sam and I'm a 31 years old creative from Switzerland.

I started my photography / videography journey in 2018. On a 4-month trip trough Southeast Asia, I kept seeing these beautiful pictures of beaches and mountains on social media platforms. The perfection of these images captivated me and from that moment on I want to be able to do this too. Therefore, I started to watch a ton of videos on Youtube and Instagram to improve my skills and when I got back home, I bought my first mirrorless camera. Since then, I hardly go anywhere without packing my camera bag. I love being outside, whether it's adventuring in the Swiss Alps or exploring the backcountry of foreign countries around the world. Always documenting those trips through my lens.

 

In my projects I always try to convey the joy of being outdoors and to motivate others to go out into nature themselves. On the other hand, I also want to show people the beauty of nature and raise awareness of how important it is that we protect our planet. The idea of sustainability is strongly anchored in my thinking and I try to incorporate it into my projects wherever possible. In the meantime, I consider myself fortunate to have already had the opportunity to work together with some great companies and role models in the outdoor and travel industry to produce content for their social media and online presence.
